Partridge a la cazadora
Ingredients for 2 people
2 Urgasa partridges
2 onions
2 carrots
Wild mushrooms
Red and white wine
Stock
Bay leaf and garlic
Preparation
1. Chop the onions and the carrots into julienne strips.
2. Season the partridge, tie it and cover it with all the ingredients and the stock.
3. Leave it to cook until the meat is tender.
