Poussin with lime
Ingredients for 2 people
2 Urgasa poussins
2 limes
2 sprigs of aromatic herbs
1 clove of garlic, butter, salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Fry each poussin in butter on a low heat in a deep pan. When it begins to turn brown, remove from the heat.
2. Stuff with the aromatic herbs, unpeeled cloves of garlic to taste and half a lime cut into segments. Turn on the oven for 10 minutes. Season the poussin and put it in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
3. When it is half cooked, add oil and the juice of half a lime.
4. Taste and remove. Serve hot with salad or vegetables.
