Ingredients for 4 people |
| 4 Urgasa poussins
250 g of cottage cheese 100 g of butter 1 sprig of fresh aromatic herbs Dry white wine Olive oil Pepper Flour |

| Preparation | |
| 1. Sieve the cottage cheese and mix it with the finely chopped aromatic herbs and softened butter. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Season the poussins and place a quarter of the cheese mix in each one. 3. Put them in an oven dish greased with a little oil and roast them in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, basting them occasionally with a little wine. 4. A few minutes before they are cooked, sprinkle them with flour and baste them with a little boiling water. 5. Serve garnished with garlic mushrooms. |
