Stuffed poussins
Ingredients for 4 people
4 Urgasa poussins
250 g of cottage cheese
100 g of butter
1 sprig of fresh aromatic herbs
Dry white wine
Olive oil
Pepper
Flour
Preparation
1. Sieve the cottage cheese and mix it with the finely chopped aromatic herbs and softened butter. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Season the poussins and place a quarter of the cheese mix in each one.
3. Put them in an oven dish greased with a little oil and roast them in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, basting them occasionally with a little wine.
4. A few minutes before they are cooked, sprinkle them with flour and baste them with a little boiling water.
5. Serve garnished with garlic mushrooms.
