S.A.T. 5749 CODORNICES URGELL has established a highly detailed sanitary control right from the start of the breeding cycle.
To this end, the company has established a co-operation link with the officially approved laboratory of the company COPAGA S.COOP, which is located in Lérida. Our centre is regularly sent reproduction samples, eggs, chicks and adult animals to ensure the proper progression of production. The said analyses are verified by C.E.S.A.C. (Catalonia Poultry Health Centre); moreover, every month the said centre carries out the analyses it believes appropriate, which are then sent to the Agriculture, Farming and Fisheries Department of the Regional Government of Catalonia. This department draws up a list of the companies whose analyses have been satisfactory, and sends them on to the commercial departments. |
